Family loved the pool, the staff were all very friendly as well. Room was clean, bathroom could use a slight update, but still would stay again. Nice area**

I liked the fact that the room was a good size and was very quiet. The breakfast was very good. I would suggest that the rooms be refreshed; new paint, redecoration.

Pleasant staff. Bfast was not that great... Room was clean but had a 'raw' cord so the lamp kept going on and off

Fantastic gem. We stayed a few nights so my son could enjoy the large, clean, heated pool and we could visit the VIA aquarium. Great breakfast, comfy beds, amazing staff. I wish all my vacations could have accommodations like this.

Stayed at Quality Inn for 3 days, the experience was incredible. The room was clean and have all needed amenities. The hotel environment was clean and quiet. Inclusive breakfast which started at 6 am has many different choices. I will definitely stay there again and will recommend Quality Inn for a good value for your money.

Low quality at the Quality Inn
It wasn’t the worst but it definitely wasn’t the best…no elevator for starters. $200 upfront fee for incidentals required to check in…very old and outdated. The breakfast was good.

No elevator
This is a multi story facility without an elevator. Overall the hotel is good for what you pay but not to have an elevator. Just hope you don’t have a lot of heavy luggage

The property is a great value. The staff and housekeeping were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. I did not know that there was not an elevator until I checked in. I had family who were going to visit me at the property but they could not because I was on the 2nd floor and they are not able climb stairs. That was my only complaint.

Our window will not close all the way NOR lock even if it did. The air unit has an awful smell coming from it. We shut it off and even then our room smells awful. Hotel is being renovated and our room is a clear example of WHY.
