"Overall, a good experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities generally very good. Comfortable room and the housekeeping staff were great. Gym was adequate - could do with some free weights suitable for women - the ones there were too heavy to lift. Running machine was out of action all week disappointingly. Area surrounding the hotel is not very pleasant especially at night and there is major construction work ongoing right outside the hotel."

"I think the hotel is perfect if you want a low-budget stay in Brussels. The rooms are clean enough and it’s literally down the road from the Grande Place. The staff are really friendly and willing to help you out. However, I expected a bit more from the breakfast. I would advise to eat out if you can. But overall it was good."

"Great location, very close to Grand Place and within walking distance of many attractions in central Brussels. We didn’t need a car for most places, although you would need one or public transport for Atomium and Mini-Europe. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. The main downside is that the hotel has no parking. Street parking is expensive and not ideal, but I found a nearby parking garage for about €31 per 24 hours. Checkout was a little difficult because there was nowhere to stop the car near the hotel to load our luggage. Overall, a very positive stay, especially if you are visiting Brussels without a car."
