  • This tasteful and modern 3-room penthouse apartment in Scharbeutz features southwest-facing balconies. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a large living-dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, tea kettle, immersion blender, egg cooker, hand mixer, DeLonghi, etc.). The modern living area features a dining area for 4 people and a comfortable sitting area. A flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, hi-fi/CD player, and a radio are provided. In the first bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV (Panasonic). The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and also features a flat-screen TV (Panasonic). Both bedrooms and the living room can be darkened with exterior blinds. The apartment also features a beautiful bathroom and a guest restroom.
    A seasonal beach chair will be available on the beach from May 15 to September 15, 2026!
    An underground parking space is available for guests. The maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 2.25 m!
    Pets are not allowed. Entrance to the apartment and the underground parking garage is from Schulstraße. Non-smoking apartment.

    Located right in the heart of Scharbeutz is this very modern and truly comfortable apartment building with a total of 15 condominiums and two commercial units. Even at first glance, the building impresses with its extraordinary construction and design.

    When designing the individual apartments, the focus was on high comfort and barrier-free access.

    We are renting out two 3-room apartments there, ranging in size from 80 m² to 105 m², each featuring a living room, 2 bedrooms, a shower/toilet, a guest bathroom, and beautiful balconies.

Wir wurden von Ihnen herzlich empfangen, sowohl bei der An-/ als auch bei der Abreise. Unsere nächste Urlaubsreise an die Ostsee werden wir direkt über Ihre Vermietung buchen. Liebe Grüße, Andrea und Jens Gebhardt Wir haben ein paar tolle Urlaubstage in Ihrem Appartement bzw. in Scharbeutz verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und von der Lage her ideal gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants etc. gibt es direkt um die Ecke bzw. sind diese gut zu erreichen.

Sehr gute Betreuung durch die Agentur. Es war toll, dass der vorgeschickte Koffer bereits in der Ferienwohnung stand, als wir ankamen. Bis auf die kleinen Anmerkungen eine tolle Ferienwohnung. Etwas weit weg vom Strand, aber wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, ist das kein Problem.

Sie waren wie immer grandios! Ich hab mich selten in einer Wohnung so wohl gefühlt. Leider war das Wetter nicht so doll, dass man die Balkone nutzen konnte. Der Preis ist allerdings auch eine Hausnummer. Es ist auch toll, dass die Wohnung nicht "nackt" ist. Klopapier, Küchenrolle, Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs..... diverses ist einfach da. Entweder vom Vormieter oder vom Vermieter. Das finde ich toll, das ein oder ander hätte ich gar nicht mitschleppen brauche. Danke! Die Lage ist Geschmacksache, einkaufen um die Ecke, Stand dann doch ein paar Minuten mehr als wenn man im Bayside wohnt (da waren wir auch schon Gast). Für uns passte es prima.

Die Wohnung ist super schön, sehr hohe Decken und viel Fenster Richtung Sonnenuntergang. Genug Platz für alles, tolle EInrichtung und vor allem die ganzen Leuchten in der Wohnung ...
