"I booked this hotel because it was close to where I was working. It was clean well maintained the staff was very friendly. I thought we should have had free tea with the breakfast it was very frustrating have to pay for a pot of tea. No need to charge for team when you by a breakfast. Would I go back 🤔. Not sure I know it only a small thing but I feel you £15 breakfast should include your pot of tea. So NO sadly because it was adequate."

"The hotel is well positioned for a visit to Norwich. Room and inside of hotel including spa are kept clean but are in need of a refurbishment. Hotel food is nice, buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing as not all food was available. Out side of hotel needs some attention and also a bin or two as litter is a problem in plant beds etc. Staff were very helpful but not enough of them."

"The location of the property was ideal, close to everything,yet on a quiet street. The rooms were big and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, both hot from a menue and continental. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Norwich."

"Stayed for one night with my 9yr old and it was lovely. Great pool, breakfast included which was brilliant, lots to chose from. My lad loved his welcome pack in our room which gave him a £5 voucher to spend on ice cream"

"The Crown Hotel is in a quiet village. The name Hotel possibly leads you to believe something different to what this place is. That's not a moan but I would think more like B & B above a lovely old pub. The room was up 2 flights of stairs. Don't expect air conditioning but it did have a fan, blinds, curtains and windows so even though it was 28/29 degrees the room was still cool. The shower was excellent. I would take your own shower gel because although you are provided with a small sachet of body wash it may not be enough for some. All in all the room had all of the basics that you need. The food here is wonderful and plentiful. Breakfast was a stand out for us. The lady serving was friendly and we liked the fact that we had our toast while we were waiting for our cooked breakfast. The food was locally sourced and the sausage in particular was great. Well done to the Chef's 👨🍳👩🍳 We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend if you are in the area. 😊"
