Guest parking, private enclosed courtyard with patio and hot tub, Bi-folding doors leading to well appointed lounge, diner & fully equipped modern kitchen.

Bedroom with king sized bed, hanging space, full length mirror and television leading to en-suite Shower room with shaver socket.

USB Sockets are available in both kitchen and bedroom.

Ruston is on the A170 between Pickering and Scarborough
and within easy reach of North Yorkshire Moors, Scarborough, Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Bridlington and Malton.

Warm friendly welcome from Sue. Cosy cottage with the benefit of a relaxing hot tub. The cottage is well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Great location with lots to do within a short driving distance. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Place!
Lovely property fully equipped and nicely decorated. Hot tub is great, and the roof above means it can be used even in bad weather. Our dog Bessie loved using the large garden area, and the host Sue was great. Well recommended!

Scarborough/Whitby visit with the pooch.
Great location as a base to explore the area. Sue is a wonderful host and will help make your stay an enjoyable one. The property was lovely and maintained to a high standard and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Like many of her previous guests we will be contacting Sue when we are again visiting the region. Sue was a great host. Welcoming basket with biscuits and wine. Accomadation was very clean and homely. Hot tub was very nice also. Location was Great. Local pub serves great food. Plenty of places welcome dogs also. Definitely return again.

This cottage was perfect for our long weekend.it had everything we needed and the hot tub was a bonus. The local pub was great and less than 10 minutes walk away. Amazing property and location.
We had an amazing few days here. Sue was on hand if we needed anything but left us to enjoy our stay. Everything we needed was in the lodge. Great base to visit all the area has to over. The hot tub was great. Would recommend.

Great place with lovely big, secure garden . Walking distance to pub , mobile chip shop in village on Tuesday. Host Sue lovely, very friendly and helpful. House was well equipped and hot tub was amazing.
