"Great location and comfortable beds. Staff were all very nice. We had to leave before breakfast started and appreciated the breakfast bags provided instead. The onsite restaurant was very good. Cons: Long line up to check in and the hideabed was so uncomfortable that we ended up sharing two twins."

"Overall a decent hotel. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast is very good and the rooftop restaurant is excellent. We did have a couple of maintenance issues in our family room with a blocked sink and then a broken toilet which meant we had to move rooms midway through our stay. The only thing I did not like was at first the hotel tried to get us to move from a family delux room to a twin room with two single beds. That is not acceptable for 2 adults and a child. This was resolved satisfactorily in the end but could have been handled better. Still overall a nice hotel in a convenient central location."

"My friend and I have a fantastic stay at the hotel. We love the location, its proximity to supermarkets, metro station, bars and Nyhavn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lounge and garden areas were clean and pleasant to use. A bonus would have been a mini fridge in the room. We had some drinks that would have been nice to be kept chilled. Overall, highly recommended and we would go back to stay there :)"
