"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. "

"The hotel is in the middle of downtown. Surrounded by restaurants and sights of the city. The location and price were ideal. The place even had a jacuzzi and pool. The price was so reasonable. The place is old and has a charming beautiful rustic look. "

"Avoid!!! I arrived at about 5:30 at night, had a booking confirmed for over a week and NOBODY WAS THERE! Rang the bell, messaged and tried to call several times - no reply! People from the shops below were even trying to help me contact them. Finally Expedia customer service helped find me another place to stay, which was thankfully nearby, nicer and less expensive. I'm a pretty experienced traveler but this was kind of scary. I'm a woman, alone, in a new city and it was starting to get...
