"Just a one night stay.. king suite was an incredible value, very spacious and comfortable. Hot tub was perfect temperature and good strong pressure. Would definitely return to this property since we’ve previously stayed at both the nearby Hampton inn as well as the Yankee. Berkshire Mountain lodge much better all around."

"The room was lovely, well-decorated, and very clean, with a comfortable sitting area. The whole property is lovely. The breakfast room and lounge area are also beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The highlight of the inn, in my opinion, is the service. The staff is warm and accommodating. You are given such attention. Our room included a complimentary bottle of wine, and the inn also offered a complimentary cocktail and cognac tasting (plenty of non-alcoholic options as well). When we were looking for sightseeing options and restaurant recommendations, they were provided. We hope to be able to return."

"Don't be dissuaded by the fact that this used to be an old hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and appointed. The lobby is reminiscent of an Art Deco bar in Miami. Pony up to the bar for a crafted cocktail or morning cappuccino. Berkshires Untold is just five minutes from the shops and restaurants in Lenox and a short distance to Great Barrington, Pittsfield, Lee and Stockbridge."

"Staff is always welcoming & accommodating. Had and issue with a noisy dog in the room below our room; when I notified the front desk, they tried to deal with it; when that failed, they were quite willing to move us to a different room. "

"Staff was nice. Room was clean. Parking lot was under construction. Had to park offsite. Wasn't a total inconvenience. One elevator was broken and the wait time was long each time we were trying to use."

"While this is a good value for the money for a one bedroom with separate kitchenette and living area, this is basically 2nd or 3rd rate for a timeshare unit. Couch is uncomfortable to sit on and bed isn't the best. Didn't provide some very basics, such as dish soap to wash dishes and pans which are provided (luckily, we brought our own)."
