Welcome to Moonbeam situated on PRIVATE property. A 1800 sq foot NEW, gated home, open floor plan, full kitchen, MBR (queen), ensuite bathroom, outdoor shower, two guest bedrooms (one queen and two twins or a KING bed, your preference), guest bath, full sofa bed in LR. All rooms open to the deck that overlooks an amazing ocean and valley view. The master bedroom is very private and separate from the other 2 bedrooms.
There is a beautiful INFINITY-EDGE POOL, rancho with a BBQ and outdoor dining, and a private, shady YOGA deck. Minutes to OCEAN and SURFING!

20 min. to Dominical and Quepos, 40 min. to Manuel Antonio. Near national parks, zip lines, hiking, waterfalls, horseback riding, mangrove and ocean kayaking. Great restaurants, green markets, and local artisans.
20 minutes from local Sansa intra-county airport. 25 minutes to San Jose!

The perfect location!

All of the bedrooms have AC and the house is supported by solar so you're never in the dark! Super private property with a rustic casita that sleeps 2 (queen bed) and full kitchen and bath. Can be used as overflow or as a great office space with super views and privacy. Ask about this added feature.
There is a full kitchen that is well supplied, washer and dryer plus clothes line, a TV nook, and lots of games to play when you're ready to unwind.
