As you enter our home, you'll be greeted by a delightful porch and a set of 15 stairs that lead you to the front door. Once inside, you'll step into the upper-level living room, where comfort awaits. Sink into our oversized leather couch, love seat, or chair and unwind while enjoying your favorite shows on our impressive 50" flat screen, complete with Roku. To the right of the living room, a door opens up to one of our inviting decks, offering a serene outdoor space for relaxation. To the left of the living room, you'll find the master bedroom, furnished with \- King-size bed \- Nightstands with lamps \- Small bench \- Chair \- 6-drawer dresser. The attached en-suite bathroom features an updated shower/tub combo, sink, and toilet. Connected to the living area is an open concept dining room, facilitating effortless entertaining. Our spacious dining table boasts two benches on each side and chairs on both ends, providing comfortable seating for 6-8 guests. Another full bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area. To the left of the dining room is the fully stocked, updated kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for cooking up a delicious meal. Behind the closet doors in the kitchen, you'll find a washer and dryer for your convenience. The upper level also features two additional cozy bedrooms: \- One with a queen-size bed \- One with a full-size bed Descending to the lower level, you'll find another open floor plan including the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The lower-level kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The spacious dining area mirrors the upstairs layout with a large table, benches, and chairs seating 6–8 guests. A glass door provides access to the outside. The lower-level living room offers abundant seating, including: \- Queen-size sleeper sofa \- 50" flat screen with Roku Two bedrooms can be found on this level: \- One with a queen-size bed and a designated work space (perfect for business travelers) \- One with two sets of bunk beds, providing ample sleeping space. A full bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on the lower level. Our backyard is a true haven, with plenty of sunshine and seating. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or unwind on the deck and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Location \- Tybee Island – 10.6 miles away \- Bonaventure Cemetery – 7.4 miles away Tybee offers sun, sand, and seaside bliss, while Bonaventure Cemetery is known for its rich history, breathtaking scenery, and majestic Spanish moss-covered trees. This house has two units, and you will have full access to both units. However, there is no adjoining door between the two. NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. The bedrooms were clean and there was good communication with the property manager. The backyard did have some garbage from previous guests and the pool deck and stairs do need some maintenance. Aug 22, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### overall a great stay we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Savannah and Tybee Island. the property itself was in a great location that was central to all there was to do in the area. there were a few things we thought could improve on the property features itself. the pool area had some issues that we considered dangerous regarding the boards of the deck. the pool was not vacuumed when we arrived. the toaster, coffee maker other appliances were not great and needs updating as well as a bit more kitchen items for cooking families. we did see several bugs in the house but that could be a southern thing we’re not accustomed to. we also had an issue with the overhead fan in the main room. the house was very warm when we got there due to hot temps outside and we were not able to find the remote that operated the day. we contacted the property manager but we’re told it should be there…we never found it so it made for a bit of a hot environment in that room not being able to circulate air. overall our trip was fantastic, just a few issues to be addressed with the home itself. ##### amanda v. I took my children and grandchildren here and it was perfect for us. The big pool was wonderful to have when we didn’t wanna go all the way to the ocean. It was close enough to everything that we needed and shopping and everything. Only about half an hour to the airport, so that made it really nice. Plenty of grocery stores close by as well. Only about 10 minutes or so to the beach. The accommodations were good. Half of our family stayed in the upper unit and the other half stated in the lower unit. Glass door to garage was hanging on by a thread to the point we thought it would break and shatter. Garage was filthy and smell was even worse. Trash cans were half full when we arrived and didn’t have enough room for our own trash. Pool was filthy, lattice was falling apart, holes in the deck, loose boards and extension cords near pool…complete safety hazard. No exterior lighting on downstairs unit, had to use phone flashlight to see the walkway. Risk of falling on the step stones and unable to see at night. Tables on balcony and near pool were filthy as if they haven’t been wiped down in years. Outside AC unit was filthy as well. Upstairs unit was okay but looked as if TV stand hadn’t been dusted in quite some time. Stains on couch and chairs. Overall a huge disappointment. We had family members from Texas, Florida and Georgia here for a proposal and it was embarrassing after seeing pics on Vrbo.
