This upscale condo in the historic district consists of two units inside. Combined, it consists of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and can accommodate 17 guests, and is a walkable location to Savannah’s historic downtown. Fully stocked with modern amenities and featuring a back patio, this home is perfect for those exploring Savannah. The professionally designed spaces offer open-concept layouts and kitchen & dining spaces perfect for entertaining.  
  
The Space:  
This listing consists of two units in a building that has 6 separate units inside. This listing is for two non-connecting units in different floors. Please inquire if you are interested in renting one of the units separately.

Welcome to the historic district of Savannah! Our neighborhood boasts easy access to Forsyth Park, just a 15-minute walk away, where you can enjoy picnics and people-watching by the iconic fountain. Explore renowned museums like the Telfair Museums, only a 10-minute walk from our doorstep, and catch live performances at the historic Lucas Theatre for the Arts, just a 5-minute stroll away. With charming local shops and a vibrant nightlife scene within walking distance, you'll experience the best of Savannah like a local.  
  
Getting Around:  
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
