The first bedroom features a Queen bed, antique writing desk, and full-sized closet. The middle bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, with a Full-size bed and a Twin bed with trundle. The primary suite, facing Price Street, offers a King-size bed and large Smart TV. The upstairs bathrooms bookend the hall, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a standing shower. What is parking like for this home? This home includes 2 compact parking spaces located directly behind the courtyard. For additional parking, we recommend finding free parking on Gaston Street, which can be easily found directly next to your home. Sleeping Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Full Bed + Twin with Trundle Bedroom 3: King Bed We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. The house is perfect and in a great location. We could easily walk to Forsyth Park (a few blocks away), the shopping in Downtown Savannah and the River District (< 1 mile). The house was very clean and comfortable. It was decorated for the holidays with a beautiful tree in the front room. We each had our own bedroom and the bathrooms were stocked with towels and toiletries. We enjoyed the living room sectional for late night chats and the kitchen had what we needed to make coffee. There’s a Kroger within walking distance so we picked up some breakfast foods and snacks. We did not buy and plastic wrap and the house was not stocked with it, so we had to be creative when storing leftover food. The only recommendation is to install a sensor light by the back gate and back door. We arrived at night and had to use the back gate entry because the city had put in new concrete steps on the front porch and they were wet. It was tricky to enter the code and navigate to the back door with all of our stuff in the dark. The house does have narrow, steep steps to access the second floor which would be hard for people with mobility issues. I highly recommend Lazy Bones! First off, the beds are so comfortable which is huge for me. We enjoyed having parking and a courtyard. It is a quiet and safe street but within a reasonable walking distance to everything. Water pressure in both showers was really bad. Backyard and maintained of back yard space and front deck were neglected and even after reporting were never fixed. Communication with host was not great, often delayed as it is run by a rental property organization. We never communicated with the same person twice regarding our reservation or stay. Outdoor spaces were comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Very convenient to great downtown restaurants and attractions. 30 minutes to Tybee Beach. The Luther property was a very nice historic home with all the amenities needed and comfortable. It’s very spacious. The kitchen is big and well stocked. The back patio isn’t quite as neat and put together as the pictures show, but a nice sitting area nonetheless. There’s no longer an awning for shade. We enjoyed the front porch swing in the early evenings. The location is a convenient walk to beautiful Forsyth Park, the River Walk area, Jones St, and even a Kroger. I do recommend this rental property and would definitely consider renting it again. ##### Vanessa B. All of the bedrooms are on the second level, so it is something to consider if a member of your party has trouble negotiating stairs. The property is a duplex, and the neighbor is very loud. He has a large dog that barks a lot and the neighbor yells quite a bit, too. If property management has any control over the other side of the property, it should be addressed. ##### Julia C. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We had plenty of room and everything we needed.
