The interior features huge windows with a street view, plus shiny hardwood floors, brick accented walls and soaring ceilings. The decor is an eclectic mix of old and new with an emphasis on gold and wood tones. The main room of this property is a great place to relax with two sofas and a flatscreen TV. Nearby is the dining room as well as a gourmet kitchen with a bar that looks out into the main room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, refrigerator and stove. Utensils and cookware are provided so that you can cook your favorite meals while on vacation. The rest of the kitchen is finished in dark, cherry-tone wood to provide an appealing contrast with the granite countertops. The two bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds along with a flatscreen TV, a full-length mirror and closet space. There is also a washer and dryer in this unit for your convenience. This property is also located almost precisely between four squares. These squares are Telfair Square, Ellis Square, Wright Square and Johnson Square. Savannah's historic squares are some of the most storied attractions in the city.

In terms of what else to visit while you're in the city, some of the popular neighborhoods include River Street, City Market and Forsyth Park. River Street, in particular, can be a day's worth of adventure. The former cotton warehouses that used to line the river have been converted to a bevy of shops, galleries and eateries. Not only that, but you can book a riverboat tour here and spend a few hours out on the water. City Market is known for its variety of nightlife and is a great place to find jazz bars and open-air cafes. Forsyth Park might be the perfect trip in the morning if you want to walk through the trails and enjoy all the plants.

Savannah is also full of museums and old houses that display architecture and furniture from earlier time periods. One of the most famous is the Mercer-Williams House Museum, which was a featured place in the Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil movie. The Andrew Low House is another popular one, which is where the Girl Scouts founder lived. It is rumored to be haunted as well.

If you want to venture outside of Savannah, then you might consider taking the 30-minute drive to Tybee Island. This fun little barrier island has its own complement of shops, waterfront restaurants and possible activities. The Tybee Lighthouse on the north end is probably its biggest claim to fame. Another engaging spot is the Tybee Marine Science Center, which features a number of ecological tours and displays. It's a great place to take children or anyone who loves learning about ecological diversity.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.

City of Savannah Code of Ordinances, Division II, Part 8, Chapter 3 (Zoning), Article 8.0, Section 8.4.37(b) – Short-Term Vacation Rental Use Standards: Occupants shall not exceed four adults for dwelling units with no more than two bedrooms. For dwelling units with three or more bedrooms, the number shall not exceed two adults per bedroom.
