Rental was beautiful and located in a nice neighborhood with walkability to everything including a grocery store. Host was very responsive and checked in to make sure things were going well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay.A great place to eat is Savannah Seafood Shack on Broughton St.

Property was in an excellent location and very clean. Easy to walk to anywhere you want. We did choose this location because it was advertised to have a garage which it does but it did not go with this apartment. They did discount our stay because of the lack of the garage which was nice. We would stay here again.

The apartment was lovely, well taken care of, clean and in a great location. There is quite a bit of street noise but with the bedroom in the back it wasn't a bother at night. Our only problem was that this was a first floor unit and young couples were on the floor above us. There is very little soundproofing and we could hear all their footsteps, and muffled conversations. They partied and carried on late at night and although the management asked them to stop they did not. This would be a wonderful rental but we would not do it again unless we were on an upper floor.
