The Mercer house and Forsyth Park are both a block away. As for the unit itself, it was very nice, although the sofa in the living room should be replaced. The washer/dryer didn't work very well, but maybe we didn't figure out how to make them work. Other than those minor issues, we were very satisfied and happy. Check in was easy, and everything we needed was in the unit. Understand that this is a "garden apartment," which means it's partially underground, although there are windows. In order to maintain privacy you'll likely do was we did, and keep the shades drawn, which makes it a little dark. But, we weren't there much during the day anyway so it was no problem. The courtyard in back is charming. We would definitely return. Parking can be an issue, but we did not have much difficulty. I recommend that anyone staying there download the "Park Savannah" app and use it to park on the street or anywhere in Savannah. ##### Alf L.
