I used the VRBO portal to try to resolve a miscommunication two days before arrival and it took a day and a half to receive a response. Host told me I should have texted him but I was never provided his phone number.There are 5 heat pumps/AC split system units but only one controller provided. This negates the feature of having guests be able to independently set temperatures to be comfortable in the lower level. Be prepared to bring extra towels - only 1 bath towel (old and tired) provided per guest and one hand towel per bathroom. ##### Gayle J.
