Deceptive Marketing - omitted fact of basement
Deceptive marketing - did not know the space was located in a basement. Hotels.com omits this very significant information so that a consumer makes an informed choice. Space dark and cold. Hotels.com refuses to refund cost and declines accepting responsibility for the property management company GlobalStay which also refuses to refund cost as did not stay there.

Dont expect much
We booked this place since it was perfect for 2 couples with our 3 babies in total. However they added hidden charges of $10/person/night even for our infant who is 1 year old. Ridiculous. Why would anyone book this place with 3 bedrooms for just 2 people?! Secondly i thought they could do better with attention to detail. Our place had run out of kleenex and they didnt refill it even after asking. Also no garbage bags were left for us to use even though we were asked to dispose off our own garbage for $15 at a nearby transfer station or pay $15 to them per bag. Ridiculous considering this is a residential area with city garbage pick up

Don’t even think of staying here!
Do not stay here. The communication is terrible. - no one tells you you are sharing a house , let alone with a bachelor party! - they chase you down a dozen times when they want something before you check in but don’t send you the check in info!! - we had to search for the house as we called them because the picture did not match the - when I called at 2:00am! About the noise and smell coming from downstairs, I was told they will call and then they never answered my calls again ( I believe they blocked my number so that they weren’t woken up! Worst stay ever! Avoid this management company at all costs!

We stayed in the upper unit, which was in excellent new condition, very clean, and a beautiful house that met all of our needs. Right outside the backyard is a nice new playground and park area, which is great if you have small children. The only potential downsides to be aware of is that noise does travel quite easily from the basement unit through the vents. We were also disappointed to find out that only the upper unit has control over the house temperature. Although we were able to have the AC on to our comfort level, we were then asked to turn it off to help make the family in the basement more comfortable.

I never had such a bad service as that, you ruined our vacation and it cost us twice as much without counting the inconveniences, the unnecessary travel, the gas spent, we had made more than 15 hours of driving for nothing
