Welcome to Stones Throw
This home offers the best of both worlds, set back in a quiet neighborhood “on the hill” in Saugatuck but still only a “StonesThrow” from downtown. Not only is the location perfect, but so is the quaint home with all that it has to offer. The large backyard provides plenty of privacy as you sit back, grill out, and of course, use the bar cart to set up refreshments. The inside has been freshly decorated - including the living spaces, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms. “StonesThrow” will have you relaxed and ready to enjoy Saugatuck in no time.
INSIDE THE HOME
This single story, newly decorated space will have you feeling at home immediately. Throughout the home experience original art pieces and tons of natural light. The kitchen is bright and cheerful and ready to make a full course meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. Walk into the open living space where you will find seating for six and a large window overlooking the front yard. The dining table is adjacent to the living room with a mounted flat screen TV. The first bedroom has a queen bed and TV as well as an en-suite bathroom with a handicap railing.The second bedroom has a queen size bed along with a small closet and TV. Walk outside to the huge fenced in backyard. Sit around the fire pit and have great conversation. What more could you need or want?

We all liked the house very much and the community. My only concern was the dirty rug at the front door and that the living room tv only played one channel. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would like to stay there again in the future.

Perfect Mother/Daughter Weekend
The house was very cozy and comfortable for our long weekend, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful yard and covered patio. It’s perfectly located on a quiet street, but just a short walk downtown!

Perfect getaway
Cute, clean, & walking distance to town. Our stay was wonderful. We had a long getaway weekend with our adult son and his girlfriend. It couldn’t have been more perfect. It was still off-season a bit & things were just starting to open up so it was nice to have a yard where we could throw a couple steaks on the grill and enjoy each others company. Already planning our stay next year! Thank you so much.

The kitchen cabinets had evidence of mice eating take out parmesan cheese packets. They carried the packets into various cabinets leaving a paper mess with "numerous mice droppings" all over the the cooking utensils etc. The mice also attacked the oven gloves and fabric was all over one of the drawers. They waived our cleaning fee and gave us a $50 card for a local restaurant, but cleaning wasn't fun. Otherwise, the location was great and made for a fun trip.

Easy Walk to Town
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but an easy walk to town, my daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is much larger than you'd think and extremely comfortable. The listing very much represents what is offered - and it makes for a great getaway. We walked easily to town to shop and grab breakfast/dinner.
The bedrooms each have a tv and 2 bathrooms is always a plus.
It was too cold for us to enjoy the yard, but its beautiful and would make for a great summer evening outside. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay!
We had a small snafu with our originally booked property, and Madison, our contact with Jacqua, was extremely communicative and on top of it. It was a very smooth check-in overall, and the house is absolutely beautiful. A very peaceful place that is close to downtown Douglas and Saugatuck.
