À notre arrivée, nous avons chaleureusement été accueillies par Malik avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme. Cela étant, une fois dans la chambre, la porte de la salle de bain était coincée dans le mur nécessitant l’intervention du staff et ce, à 2 reprises. Le personnel de l’accueil ayant géré la situation a fait preuve d’une certaine nonchalance.. Il a fait assez froid la nuit dans la chambre. En partant, une partie de la poignée nous est restée dans la main..
