« Une seule chambre était disponible, pour 2 payées via hotels.com/expedia. Aucune excuse des réceptionnistes, aucune solution proposée, refus de nous faire une attestation comme quoi une seule réservation avait ététransmise à l'hôtel et utilisée... nous n'avions plus qu'à contacter expedia, joignable uniquement par téléphone, ce qui n'était pas possible avec nos abonnements français ! Bref, une heure d'errance d'hôtel en hôtel pour trouver une 2e chambre. Sinon, chambre correcte, bruyante du fait...

"Hello do you think it's normal that I never received the code to enter my room when I had warned in advance that we were going to arrive late. After two hours of driving we arrived in front of the room without having the code we stayed 1h30 locked in our car because that night it was raining no one was there to give me the code I had not received it by email or by message I find it unacceptable because we were ready to spend the night in the car alone in a large parking lot until . We called several numbers we never had an answer until when we look on foot in the hotel we find an emergency number that was finally able to give us a code a very nice person from the hotel I find it unacceptable that expedita never sent us this famous code. In addition to the floor many places in this hotel was closed because of the work we will have liked to be kept informed of the Construction work in advance it will ruin our night. "
