This small but charming vacation home is located not far from the Sassnitz fishing harbor, on a quiet side street. In a central yet peaceful location, it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the charming old town and the heart of the port city. Just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find Sunset Coffee. At this small café, you can pick up your breakfast rolls in the morning or, if you’d like, enjoy a wonderful breakfast. Please note that for bookings with pets, in addition to the 8.00 euro fee per pet per night, a one-time pet cleaning fee of 20.00 euros will be charged!

The Franz(y) vacation home features a fully fenced property measuring approximately 200 square meters. A beach chair and garden furniture are available for your relaxation. Through the entryway, you enter the lower level, where you’ll find a bedroom for two people with a large closet, a bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower with a floor drain, and the kitchen with an adjoining dining room overlooking the small garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and, in addition to various cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware, features a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A solid wood staircase leads you to the upper floor of this comfortable home. From a small gallery, you can access another bright bedroom with a double bed and the spacious living area. The living room features a wide window front that floods the room with plenty of light. A comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV provides a cozy spot to relax in the evenings. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house.
