### Spacious 2 bed basement suit in quite neighborhood

Spacious basement suite with two bedrooms and private entrance in a safe, convenient Wildwood bungalow. Furnished with two double beds for 4 guests. The basement includes a full bathroom, new kitchen, and large living space with a new smart TV. Located in a quiet crescent, 5-minute walk to Lakewood Civic Centre, Gym, swimming pool, library, Lakeview Square, restaurants, and other amenities. Bus stop is a 4-minute walk away.  
  
\-The house is located on a peaceful crescent in a well-kept neighborhood. The entire basement is available for guests, accommodating maximum 4 people.  
  
\-In-suite laundry facilities also available for the guests.  
  
\-The house is just 2 minutes from Circle Drive, providing easy access to anywhere in the city. The airport is a 13-minute drive from the house.  
  
\-You may use half of the driveway to park one car, leaving space for another vehicle. Street parking is also available in front of the house, under the two trees.  
  
\-The basement entrance is very close to our neighbor's driveway. While it may seem convenient to walk, it is their property—please avoid using it.  
  
\-Guests are welcome to use either the main pathway or the stone pathway to access the basement.  
  
\-Please note that unregistered guests/visitors are not permitted in the suite.   
  
\-Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Bedroom had two double beds. One room had a futon mattress not that comfortable. Moved bed to fix sheet found dirt and dead bugs. Limited cutlery. Basement apartment looks tired and some things worn. Lots of hot water. Worked ok for a weekend place to sleep.
