The check in process was very easy and the host checked in through a message shortly after check in to ensure everything was good. The house had everything we needed (plenty of towels, choice of pillows, lots of dishes). The host also provided access to cable and Netflix. When we accidently logged out of it he provided us with the password to get back in. There was a book with all the details on how to work the air and the washing machine and provided some information about the area.
