Located in new and developing area of Rosewood in Saskatoon, SK. The property is conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown area, 5 minutes from popular 8th Street and 15 minutes from the University of Saskatchewan. Clubhouse is currently closed for maintenance. Property is brand new and features all new furniture and appliances. Includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living area. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. The kitchen has everything you need for everyday comfort during your stay. Rent also includes front load washer and dryer, Cable TV, and WI-FI access. With Tim Hortons, small pharmacy across the street, a few restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. Or you can stay in and cook a great meal. We left a day early and she told us she would happily refund us, but it never happened, and again, no response from the owner, even after reaching out a couple of times.
