Hotel had a really excellent breakfast, it was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. 5 stars as far as all things to do with the hotel itself. The night club 'P!nk' across the street, on the other hand played extremely loud music until 2 a.m.... We were on the fourth floor facing away from that side of the building and I could still make out the words to the songs. I heard many other families complaining about the loud music the next morning in the breakfast room. If it wasn't for the night club I would return...

Thanks for your feedback Mildred. Our hotel is located in the heart of downtown Saskatoon. We do provide security every night from 11 pm to 7 am.

Staff are fantastic. Facilities are very clean. Pool is great and breakfasts are way better than otger continental breakfasts I've been to. Can't stress enough that the staff are fantastic and very friendly.

The property was nice and clean, the lady at the front desk that checked us in was friendly and joked around with our little kids about their stuffy pets. Good selection for breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. My room was very large and quiet. The breakfast was also very good. My only “complaint” was that it was a bit tricky to get onto the main roadway and turned around in the mornings but it was still very managae.

Mall parking lot snow removal was happening at 2am in the morning, could be coordinated to be done at 5am instead… a mall is not an essential service like streets or hospitals etc… When I clearly saw snow being removed during normal operational hours… Also cell charger went missing from my room.

Walkable to downtown area and easy free parking. It was a bit noisy due to kids running around , couldn’t use the pool or hot tub, it was always packed with kids

Loud party going on across the hall went on till 3am. Nightclub across the street was noisy. Wouldn't revisit this location.
