We will reach out to ammend the situation. After receiving your review, management checked the ice machines. The one on the 6th floor is cleaned daily as part of Occupational Health & Safety protocols and the machine on the 1st floor is out of order, but there is a sign that directs guests to other options. This area is regularly maintained by janitorial staff. As well, we are sorry for your breakfast experience. We are able to acommodate allergy or dietary requirements, but, unfortunately, there was no record of any guests making requests at that time. As we are committed to improving the customer experience, we will have a printed menu that caters to these accommodations in the future. Thank you for choosing us for your stay! While it is true that there are only two pillows on each bed on the second floor, we do not have a record that extra pillows were requested. As well, we have a standard menu that we use, but do accommodate dietary restrictions. If a request is made by a guest, the kitchen is happy to cater to their needs. Our manager was present during your check-in experience with your daughter. Under their supervision, the front desk team accommodated your needs, including updating your Expedia reservation from 1 adult to 1 adult with 1 additional child and having a conversation about the purpose of your visit to Saskatoon. We also want you to know that, previous to your stay, the room had been serviced and cleaned by the maintenance manager and housekeeping team. As soon as the review was received, the housekeeping supervisor inspected the room and the issues addressed were in working order.
