Had booked a second floor room, was given a main floor, unmade room, that was trashed, smelled like smoke and alcohol. Front desk did give a second floor room instead, but should never had happened. Granted, it was a late night check in, but I had called at 3 p.m. to tell the hotel that it would be. The room should have been ready by 11 p.m.

Nice room, quite clean, all amenities in good condition. We would have preferred no maid service, as we were only there 2 nights, but we didn't have a Do Not Disturb sign to hang on the door. Otherwise, it was a good price and convenient location. Would definitely stay again.
