This is as advertised, inexpensive. Parkung is challenging with traffic conditions. Share bathroom is like a house, not for everyone.

I was super pleased with the room - inexpensive, up to date, clean, and safe. My bathroom (next door) was also in fine shape, and available whenever needed. Being across from my the university was a bonus.
