A lonely swan swimming outside the cottage...
Great for family stay, but need to ride their shuttle bus to go to their front desk for check in and check out, not convenient in rainy days if going with big group of family with elderly and young kids while you still need to handle bulky luggages!! Remeber to reserve some bread inside your room, a beautiful swan is being kept in the small lake at where the cottage is situated, the swan always swims close to the cottage balcony and seems to 'request' for food. The swan looks lonely, always swimming alone, I wonder why the park does not keep a pair of swan, but just keep a single one??? Feel a bit sad while inside the cottage there was a happy family gathering, but outside the cottage there is a lonely beautiful swan always swimming alone and trying to get close to the baclony to approach the peope for food or for fun or for whatever reasons...

家族４人で２泊しました。出来るだけ４人一部屋がいいなと検討した結果、こちらのコテージ一棟ステイを選択。リビング、寝室が２つ、浴室も洗い場がついてて使いやすく、トイレは上下階にあり、洗面台は各部屋にあって３つ。広々と別荘にいる気分でゆっくりくつろげました。 フロントが小さくて狭く、2人か1人の対応で驚きましたが、忙しい時も対応は丁寧で、テキパキととても感じが良かったです。 到着時だけ送迎バスを利用しましたが、私達のヴィラはフロントやレストランにも近かったので、待ってるより歩いた方が早いかも、と以降は歩いて移動。苦になりませんでした。 ずっとお天気が良く、新緑が爽やかな気候だったから良かったと思います。またハウステンボス５ホテルズに宿泊すると、かなりお得な特典付きで驚きました。本当に期待以上の素敵な旅行になりました。

Amazing forest villa
The hotel was amazing. It looks nice and the bed is also very comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean. And I love how there are two washrooms in the hotel. Overall it was an amazing experience. Recommended to everyone.

フォレストヴィラ は一般的なホテルとは違い家を借りるような感覚ので、朝食の時以外は他の人に会うことがないので気楽に過ごせます。 前回フォレストヴィラに宿泊したのは27年程前でした。建物の老朽化が進んでおり、少々大きな蜘蛛が入ってくるのは（スタッフがすぐに対応しますが）驚きでした。

家族4人ゆっくりまわりも気にせず宿泊できました。 気の利いた設備設置…景色も癒されました。 ただ、シャワーだけ気になりました。 もう少し勢いあると良かったかなぁ〜 朝は温水から水？になってビックリしました。 他は、いう事なしのお部屋で家族皆んな大満足でくつろげました。1泊には勿体無いくらい… 連泊したかったです。 スタッフサービスも気持ちよく敏速に対応していただきまさした。対していただいたスタッフさんの気持ち良い笑顔、挨拶…教育も徹底されているのだなぁ〜と感じました。 次回は是非連泊できたいです。 駐車場、宿泊特典パス、温泉…特典も本当有難いサービスで感謝です。朝食も和洋どれを食べようか迷いながらお腹いっぱい美味しくいただきました。 思春期反抗中の息子も、今回は本当にご機嫌で久しぶりに家族4人思い出に残る旅行となりました。 　　ありがとうございました😊

娘の誕生日と卒業旅行を兼ねての家族旅行でした。ケーキの注文にも部屋まで運んでいただき素敵な時間がゆっくりと過ごせました。２階の部屋も二部屋に分かれていて子供たちと夫婦のそれぞれの自分時間で過ごせたのはよかったです。しいて、しいて言うならベッドシーツに穴が開いていたのはすごく残念な気がしました。

露台景色難忘，很掛念經常到我們露台陪伴的白天鵝和鴨家庭。樓上的房間可以開窗，空氣很好，晚間可以安睡。早餐不錯。

施設への連絡方法がヴィラ直接では回線が余りないのか、電話が繋がらなかった…ハウステンボス代表にかけると繋がるようになってはいるが、「回線が込み合っています」アナウンス時、その旨の文言があれば、不安になることがなかったと思う。 HPの構成？も１つずつよく見ていかないと知りたいことに辿り付けないのが、不便。 例えば、「ハウステンボス園内で遊ぶ際、系列の宿泊施設なら荷物を預けておけば、施設まで運んでくれる。(その逆もあって、施設に荷物を預けたら、出国ゲートの荷物預かりへ運んでくれる)」など。 あと、チェックインは閉園後でも可能なのか、わからず、電話も繋がらないため、荷物預かりで聞いてみてわかった。園へ着いても、そういった表記がないので、とにかく聞かないとわからないことが多いと感じた。 宿泊施設は古い設備でも、きちんと管理されていて、補修などしながら維持されていることが良くわかるほど、不便を感じなかった。 サービスもよく、ハウステンボス閉園後のチェックインになったが、ゲートまで迎えに来てくれたり、宿泊棟からフロントまで距離があるが、そのためだけにバスが常に周遊していて手を挙げれば、いつでも乗せて運んでくれる。 何より、スタッフの方々の対応がよく、宿泊棟内の道がわからず、点検に回られていた方へ伺ったところ、お仕事されながらも私達を気にしていて下さって、ポイントごと、お声掛けいただき、最後には見送って下さいました。本当に久し振りに気持ちのいい旅行でした。

포레스트 코티지에 묵었습니다. 숙소는 조용하고 깨끗하고 아늑했습니다. 테마파크 내에 식당이 여럿 있어서 불편한 점은 없었습니다.

緑や虫の声に囲まれて、とても落ち着きました。スタッフの対応も笑顔でとても良かったです。朝の食事も美味しかったです😋　ハウステンボス内だけど、少し離れた場所でいい運動になりましたが、カートに乗ればあっという間だし静かでとても良かったです😃
