It is located in La Grée Penvins, a village directly at the sea, 24 km south of Vannes on the "Almost Island Rhuys" 10 km from the beautiful Gulf of Morbihan and its 56 islands and islets. Wlan kann man im Tabakshop um die Ecke kaufen und im Haus problemlos in der Steckdose anschließen. Alle Geräte die man benötigt sind vorhanden. Geschirr und alles Weitere ebenfalls. Man muss nichts mitbringen (hätte ich das vorher gewusst… 😉) Es gibt 2 Fernseher auf 2 Etagen (für Familien) und genügend Sitzplätze im Innenraum, wie auch außen. Ideal auch für Hundebesitzer: eine große Wiese. In 3 Minuten ist man fussläufig am Meer mit gleich 2 Stränden und wunderschönen, langen Wanderwegen und reichlich Freizeitangeboten. Das Dorf bietet mehrere gute Restaurants, eines davon direkt am Strand mit Meerblick, Bars/ Tabakshop, Creperien und eine Eisdiele. Unweit (einige km) befinden sich auch diverse Einkaufszentren. Mal dort gewesen und haben die Zeit genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. 5 min Fußweg zum Strand. Leider gibt es kein W-LAN mehr im Haus, so dass man so gut wie nie ins Internet kommt. Ansonsten war es aber eine schöne Zeit, so dass wir sicherlich auch ein weiteres Mal kommen werden. ##### Sandra B. Nous avons fait constater tout cela par le gérant et avons tenté de joindre le propriétaire, en vain. Elle est située à 150 mètres de la plage. Il est possible d'aller à Penvins(épicerie, bar ,boulangerie) par un chemin sans voiture. Aug 8, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy #### Extrement décevant Dans l annonce du site il est indiqué internet avec mention wifi à 8 euros or ce n est pas le cas !.Lorsqu'on s en plaint au loueur il conseille d aller à la bibliothèque municipale sarzeau mais ne s en excuse même pas !!!!la.maison n est pas entretenue en dehors de tv compatibles tnt.Par exemple je n ai jamais trouvé le grille pain que l on voit en photo...il n a sans doute jamais été remplacé..la barrière enfant est inutilisable....Le jardin ne ressemble pas à celui des photos il n est tondu que de moitié et entouré de ronces et branchages et de reste de souches et autre bûches abattues laissées sur place, le portail est cassé ....un commentaire précédent mentionnait que la maison est sombre...évidement aucun arbre taillés....la végétation envahie la terrasse de la maison dont les fenêtres sont minuscules. La maison ne fait que 50 mètres carré en carrez car le bas est petit et les chambres mansardées. Non seulement c est décevant mais le fait que l annonce ne soit pas mise à jour par le loueur est un manque de respect des clients. D ailleurs l avis de classement en photo dans l annonce et affiché dans la maison est expiré depuis 5 ans ce qui résume tout !!!!! ##### Aude G. Intérieur un peu petit pour un couple avec deux jeunes enfants mais espace extérieur idéal, très vert et bien aménagé et protégé. Possibilité de garer le véhicule.
