The shutters and windows really made it nice to block out noise and light outside making for some of our best sleeping nights throughout our multiple stays in Italy. Its location is a short 10 min walk to the ferries and swimming, and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants right out the door. We had one minor issue with losing hot water, but it was a building problem and Sara worked with them...

"Room was cleaned everyday, bathroom could do with a bit of love but still clean and tidy. Jacuzzi bath didn’t work. Comfy beds and good aircon. Staff very helpful at breakfast and bringing towels by the pool. Lots of breakfast choices. Amazing views of Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius and the sunset is unreal. Shuttle bus every hour in to town."
