Since this is an anonymous review, we consider the anonymous review as false review because we don't know who you are and if there was any issue you should have mentioned it so that we could have given our side of true story.

Mark Hall of Sarnia booked the lowest paid room in Sarnia listing as he had personal family problem with his spouse. He is taking out his frustration on us unnecessarily. He wrongly booked non-smoking room, I sympathize with him and gave him upgraded double smoking room without any extra charge because he is a smoker so that he don't have to go outside for smoking in the cold weather. Even his reservation didn't had his credit card detail which we complained to Expedia. But still we rented him room. If he had a problem with room, why didn't you spoke to us during your stay instead of taking out your personal frustration on us? Next time you need accommodation go to a five star hotel with pocket full of money because we don't accommodate selfish people. Have a nice day.

We had and have people staying in our rooms and so far non of them complaint about hot water problem. So how come you are the only one in the whole property complained about no hot water? If you had this problem you should had called front desk at that time instead of beating the drum after your checkout. How can we know you had hot water problem. I wish you should had identified yourself and called front desk if you really had this problem.

Since this is an anonymous review, we consider the anonymous review as false review because we don't know who you are and if there was any issue during your stay as you have not mentioned anything.

This guy never stayed at our motel. He reserved the room through Expedia but never showed up. Since Expedia didn't refunded his prepaid reservation because of his own fault for not showing up, he is burned out and writing false reviews. Kind of wordings he used, shows his own mentality and lifestyle.

Dear Anonymous, We know who you are. No thanks for your unfair review. Carpet of your room is new and it was you who left the room with filthy garbage. Nothing wrong with your room and its content. While cleaning your room after your first night stay we noticed the way you guys have thrown stuff in the room, even small kids can behave better than you guys. You gave us instruction for not allowing our cleaner to come in your room to clean the room while you were out and we cooperated you as much as possible. The rent you mentioned was the lowest in Sarnia for room with two beds which I am sure you checked out before making the reservation. If you expect that you get five star hotel in this price then next time try it out some other hotel or motel in Sarnia because we are not going to give you room or accept your reservation from any channel in future. We don't rent room to the people who are selfish and leave our room in filthy condition. You need to improve your attitude and behaviour until then you will keep getting these kind of replies for your false reviews.

Last week-end we were fully booked but nobody complained about safety and security, if you had concern you should had mentioned to us while staying and the valid reason, we cannot do the treatment of psycological problems. BUT we figured out who you are, our service was appreciated by your girl friend so what other service you didn't like should be mentioned. The smell you mentioned is of Indian food curries which you used while staying there. May be next time you go to any big hotel and use your Indian food curries smell in the room, you will find out the action hotel will take against you.

Mr. Anonymous, If you have given your real name it would have been easy to address your issue. However, we know who you are. You arrived in full snow storm day. Although you booked the cheapest room of one double bed listed in the Sarnia listings in our property, but we gave you the room with one queen bed and to make your life more convenient the room was given on ground level so that you can park your car right in front of your room. Also during your two days stay we asked you couple of times if you need any fresh towels or toiletries but you always refused. If you had those baseless problems, why didn't you spoke to us during your stay. Well, some people are miser in appreciation because they always look on one side of the coin. Have a nice day.

Dear Mr. Anonymous, We know who you are and we don't agree with your baseless review. You booked your prepaid reservation of one double bed through your booking agency Expedia for Jan.4, 2019. You arrived with your wife and did not even signed our Registration Card and wanted to see the room first (this is the first sign that you already had made up your mind for not staying at our property). However, our front desk gave you the key of our upgraded room of two double beds instead of your reservation of one double bed.. Although the room was clean but you guys don't wanted to stay, so our front desk guy showed you anoher room of one queen bed but looks like your wife had a issue of quality. You booked the lowest priced one double bed room in Sarnia on expedia listing, but you wanted five star quality. You asked for refund, you were told to contact your booking agency expedia for cancellation of your reservation as we did not charged your credit card, it was expedia. You left our motel and never called expedia as we did not received any call from them, until now we received your baseless review after couple of days. Your room was on hold on that whole night. My advise is that next time when you go for travel book a high quality hotel because smaller motels cannot satisfy your quality lifestyle, no matter what we do. Or buy travel insurance. Some people are psychologically influenced with the big brand name.

Hi Doug, Thanks for your feedback which we don't agree. You booked the lowest priced one queen bedroom in Sarnia and we gave you our upgraded two queen bedroom without any extra charge. If you had a problem with that room you should have told us and we could have moved you to another room. About sketchy people, we are not judgemental about others, its the God job, only thing we take care and make sure no known troublemaker is not allowed in our property. Have a nice day and be brave.

If you had these problems you should have mentioned it to us during your stay and we could have not only rectified the situation but have answered you properly for your false comments. Hello Brian, Thank you for your review. However, we don't agree with your comments. Your reservation was of one double bed with the lowest price of all the Sarnia hotels & motels, whereas we gave you upgraded room of one QUEEN bed. Also just to let you know the room was clean, not only this, its carpet is new and was replaced this month. Regarding TV, its a brand new 32 inch flat screen tv and was replaced also this month. If these uptades are not appreciable then I can only say to you: God bless you.

However, we don't agree with your comments and just to clarify that amount you paid on the night of your stay was the lowest price online and you selected it after reading all the stuff about us, so how can you expect five star quality with the lowest price. Secondly, this is true we are not friendly when people come drunk at our property and loud, we have zero tolerance for trouble makers.
