"Smells like smoke/musty. Walls and ceilings need to be cleaned. Rooms need a good clean. Lots of staining. Comfy beds though. Pillows are lumpy. "

"They put me in a renovated king room and it was discusting , the bed and furniture was very old and not comfortable, the room was in very poor condition."

"Upon arrival, the house was unlocked. The furnace had been switched over to AC and a house temperature inside was 50. We turned the furnace thermostat up and proceeded to unpack. After over two hours, the temperature had not recovered. We contacted the host. I told her we were going to get a hotel as we had a baby and could not spend the . She was able to provide us with another house in Sarnia. So we proceeded to move everything out and move into a new house, by this time it was after 9 o’clock. The second house while acceptable had a much less convenient floor plan, layout, and lacked several amenities of the Hanna House. I had contacted the host to let her know of our concerns and have not heard back. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience."

"Didn't stay there. Websight said vacancies, i booked. When i got there they said they were full. They shuffled me off to their friends motel that i had stayed at before and did want to stay again because of mould. Exhausted, I stayed. Got sick, went to hospital. All arrangements between friends carried out in language i did not know. I felt ' managed' and basicaly an inconvenience to these men. "
