"This is a beautiful apartment, lovingly filled with typically French period furniture, and ample living and sleeping space. The host was away on business, so his mother Pascale welcomed us, and was informative, helpful, and kind. The weather did not permit use of the outdoor spaces, but the deck, garden and private pool were enticing and would be a wonderful asset on a warm day. The kitchen is compact, but functional, and all the amenities listed were present and in working order. Easy drive to the Lascaux caves, and walking distance to the magnificent medieval area of Sarlat; wish we could have stayed longer. "The hotel is in an excellent location with a 5 minute walk to the historical centre of Sarlat. The hotel has recently been beautifully refurbished. Breakfast is of a very high standard and great value for money. There is public paid parking in front of the hotel and you can also book paid secure parking from the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There is a bar area that is competitively priced. We would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"The property was ideal for us, great enclosed garden for our dog. Kathy was very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is quite rustic which is reflected in the price. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone with a dog. Very close to Sarlat which is beautiful . A short walk up the hill brought us to a lovely village and church which was beautiful.Follow the yellow signs in the village for a lovely circular walk back to the property via a bar, shop and cafe."
