This unit is ready for you- and directly next door you will find two Pueblito Plazas, which feature restaurants, doctor’s offices, a café, a mini grocery store, a spa and more. Travelling to and from the condo is a breeze, as it is less than 20 minutes from the Liberia airport. Free parking available on-site. The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach. One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife. Guests can access the shared pool area and the common laundry.
