The unit offers a kitchen with the essentials for simple meal preparation, including a microwave, refrigerator, and a portable electric cooktop, along with high-speed internet, air conditioning, and a shared laundry room.

The property is tucked away from the busy center of Playa del Coco, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, yet is still just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and a Maxi Pali supermarket (about 3 minutes away). Famous beaches like Playa Hermosa and Playa Panama are only a short drive away, making it a perfect base for beach lovers and explorers alike. Liberia Airport is about 30 minutes away.

The grounds feature lush gardens, fruit trees, and tropical landscaping, and visitors often enjoy spotting friendly wildlife, including howler monkeys, adding a unique and memorable touch to your stay. There are also other vacation homes on the property, providing a safe and welcoming community feel.
