This condo has adjoining doors to the neighbouring unit which allows you the opportunity to rent both units and create a super unit that sleeps up to 10 people.
Enjoy a glass of wine while you sit and take in the sunset from this large balcony or stroll the beautiful Ocotal beach which is just steps away from the condo. Our gated community has 24 hour security and is the only development directly on Ocotal beach. That makes Ocotal, which is a blue flag beach, one of the quietest beaches in the area.
You will find some of the best snorkelling from shore along the rocks of Ocotal.
This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps 6 and is recently renovated. It has everything you need to consider it your home away from home. It will be a great home base for all your Costa Rican adventures. You can take a lot of ocean adventures right from our beach. This condo is located 5 minutes from town so you won’t have to deal with the noise of the tourist town at night but we are certainly close enough to access everything you could possibly need. The town of Coco has many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, grocery stores, banks, etc.
After a long day out you can retreat back to the fully air conditioned condo to relax or rest in the hammock on the balcony. You don’t even have to go to town to eat out. Father Roosters is our famous beach restaurant which is just 100 yards down the beach from the entrance to Los Almendros. It’s also a great place to watch the sunset. If you’re not a beach person that’s okay. You will have your pick of three pools within our complex. You can even use the bbq pits at the pool and make a day of it.
