Location, Location, Location!! Corona Del Mar can be found at the very top of the north ridge providing jaw-dropping 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean overlooking Ocotal Bay from the master bedroom, living room and outdoor patio. This quiet 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom end-unit boasts privacy and a well-appointed open floor plan. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Enjoy a relaxing experience in our amazing semi-private infinity pool. It is situated between the two top towers in such a way that random people walking past it are eliminated and where no one peers down on you from their balconies as in most of the other properties being offered. You will wake up every morning stepping into paradise, sitting on the patio enjoying your first cup of coffee soaking in the view of vessels either swaying listlessly in the wake or leaving the bay for a day of sightseeing, scuba diving or deep-sea fishing. Should fitness be on your schedule, there is a fully equipped gym with weight training equipment and even a boxing bag for cardio. A large patio overlooking the same sweeping views of the valley and bay offered throughout the community is attached. There is a guest parking space available for your vehicle located at the entrance to the premises and just outside the guard house for added security. Just minutes from Corona Del Mar, situated on the shore of the bay, you will find Father Roosters one the of the most celebrated dining beach bars in the entire area. The restaurant offers a relaxed floorplan opening up to outdoor seating lining the shoreline. Live entertainment is offered several nights of the week in the evening hours. This complex is conveniently located only a few kilometers from downtown Coco for shopping, dining and entertainment. Playas del Coco is a small fishing village with one of the safest beaches in Costa Rica. There you will find an ample amount of restaurants and sodas on the beach or along the main avenue. A soda in Costa Rica is a small family run restaurant with fresh home cooked food at reasonable prices instead of "Coca Cola". In the village you will find many bars with evening activities, shops selling everything from souvenirs to clothing to electronics, a casino, a pharmacy and four grocery stores offering liquor, meats, fresh produce, breads and many other needed merchandise items. An on-site property manager is located only seconds away for assistance and/or advice on any issue that may arise. As an owner of the property, I also am dedicated to making your stay an amazing experience and am available via text to answer anything that may come up. Only 35 minutes from the Liberia International Airport. Corona del Mar is a gated-community with 24-hour security. Being up high was fun for this birding enthusiast. The climb down to beach and back is steep, even with the switchback road design. We loved the workout, but be prepared for a 20 minute walk down to the beach and a 30 minute hike back to the top. Condo was quiet & pool peaceful.
