  • Cozy and beautiful little house with all the amenities you need to enjoy a vacation in one of Playa Hermosa`s best communities. Hermosa Heights has all the conveniences you need with an amazing pool, restaurants, salons, and even its own cinema, the only one in the beach area. Playa Hermosa is a five-minute walk where you can enjoy some of the best sunsets you have ever seen. Only a 10-minute ride to Coco and 30 minutes from the Guanacaste International Airport.
    Quiet time after 10:00 pm

    Make sure you rinse sand in the shower near the pool before entering and showering in the condo.

    No glass is allowed in the common areas such as the pool, parking area or green areas.

    Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. As for rentals over 1 week there is $50 cap

The apartment's in great shape, but the surrounding areas aren't, making people question the condo administration's maintenance. The host was super nice! There were 5 of us in the apartment, and we were missing a blanket set for the sofa bed. The host very kindly helped us out and left the missing set at our apartment. Everything inside was clean and working, except for the bathtub, which wasn't working and had a weird smell coming out of it. Other than that, the experience was amazing. The apartment is super close to several beaches (some of the most beautiful in Guanacaste) and the pool was more than amazing for a refreshing dip. It has a couple of awesome slides that kids and adults can enjoy even more.

Unit is poorly maintained and dated Sparsely equipped and not clean No hot water in showers or kitchen Front door lock is broken and worked intermittently with jigging The dryer timer is broken so doesn’t shut off The main tv remote is broken Patio is rotting and sketchy Ice box has not been defrosted in quite awhile Alternatively the property grounds around the development are very nice and well maintained Absolutely beautiful pool area Good security and location is ideal The local tenants are very friendly
