The Space: This 840-square-foot (77.9 square meters) ground-floor unit has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. The entire home was renovated in 2024 with brand-new furniture, modern appliances, comfortable linens, beautiful decor, and local artwork that reflects the “pura vida” lifestyle of Costa Rica. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, and the guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The living room has a brand-new television and natural wood furniture that has been locally designed in Costa Rica. The renovated kitchen offers updated cabinets, flooring, and appliances, including an oven, stovetop, and double-door refrigerator, for a sophisticated, modern feel. The breakfast bar in the kitchen comfortably seats five guests. The unit’s back patio opens from the kitchen and is enclosed with a bamboo screen to create a serene, private outdoor living space.
