With a beautiful community pool at your doorstep and the ocean just an 8-minute walk from your door, you can't beat the convenience of the Tropical Dreams complex. We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly. • Vacation Specialists are available to help you plan your trip, including transportation, tours, boat trips, private chefs, spa services, and local recommendations. • Guest Support Team members will be your primary point of contact for any questions related to the home before and during your stay. Our team works together to provide responsive support and help you enjoy a seamless, stress-free vacation. The Tropical Dreams complex is tucked in the back of Las Palmas neighborhood. It's a small community of just 14 townhouses with a shared pool and covered rancho area. Situated just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach! You'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco. Playas del Coco is just a 35-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. The rooftop terrace was the best feature by far. The bed was comfortable and the location was very quiet. Two couples might have a struggle with only having one shower. Can't give 5 stars due to a few negatives we encountered. The water pressure upstairs was zero for a few days. Rich Coast was responsive, but it took 3 attempts and 3 days to improve the situation. The issue with the noise of the water pump was never resolved although asked about several times. It took 3 attempts and 3 days to resolve an issue with the TV/cable setup. It was frustrating on our part having to be persistent to have the issues resolved.
