Located in the heart of Sarasota City, just minutes to shopping, dining, golf courses and of course the #1 Beach in the USA along with multiple other beautiful beaches including Lido Key, Casey Key, Turtle Beach and more. This is a 1000 square foot newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 car garage town-home. It offers a King size bed in Master bedroom and two Twin size beds in Guest bedroom, and two sofa's-bed (Full size) in the Living room. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook. 32" LED TV, WiFi internet, Washer/Dryer.
This reservation has a Strict cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 60 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
