My other complaints were, and this was not the fault of Great Stays, was the door was left open when we arrived by houskeeping. And there was no remote for the tv. Shower was huge and fantastic. The walls had heavy water damage and mold. The base boards were rotted throughout the room. The pillow on our bed had blood stains on it. All of our clothes ended up smelling like the nastiness of the room. We ended up leaving mid reservation and getting another hotel because we couldn’t stay there any longer.
