The house was pretty equipped with everything needed. The fenced in back yard was a plus along with the back yard seating/lights. The two issues of our entire stay was that the master shower drain was clogged so there was standing water in the shower while showering. Second, we had an issue with the keypad our entire stay even after changing the batteries out. This was very frustrating. While the location is is a bit away from the famous Sarasota beaches, it only takes a short drive to get to Siesta Key. What is good about the location is that it is in a quiet residential neighborhood close to shopping (Publix, Costco, etc.). We especially enjoyed the kayak put-in at the end of the street. It had direct access to the intercoastal waterway and to a limited access beach only a short paddle across the bay. Also the backyard was well fenced with some soft grass for our dog to relax on. We really didn't need to bring anything. The location was so convenient as there were a lot of places to eat nearby, and the beaches were a 10 minute drive from the house. ##### Jing Z. Wonderful place to relax, ride and bike or just stroll the quite neighborhood. Recommend it for someone looking for a relaxed vacation that is private but close to everything.
