The owner and staff were all very nice! Especially Medina who provided many great recommendations for local restaurants and was very professional. The room was comfortable and the hotel is a nice short walk from old town.

Great location and very helpful and friendly
Friendly responsive hosts. Had a problem on their end which we were ok with the solution. Changed our rooms after first night as they had promised to do. Great central location and good value for money. Super handy for Funky Tours around the corner who we used to transfer one way Sarajevo to Dubrovnik.

Beautiful little , family owned hotel . Very clean , friendly , helpful staff . I had top room with mountain view ( stairs a bit of a chore when tired ) and slept really well . Quiet and comfy bed ! Best part is where it’s situated walking distance to everything ! Only downside is they don’t do breakfast which was mishearing from the photos on website . That said plenty of cafes nearby and very cheap in BiH

Fantastic location for exploring the old city center of Sarajevo. Polite and friendly staff who were happy to give recommendations, and help us navigate the city.

All staff were so friendly from my arrival to my departure. The hotel is spotlessly clean and in a great location not far from the old town. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely staff, in a place that exceeded expectation
For a budget option in Sarajevo, look no further. This hotel had everything I needed; very close to the main points of interest in Sarajevo, supermarket across the street, quiet despite being so central, and very nice staff. The staff make you feel like you are visiting friends, and want to help make sure that you have a great time in Sarajevo. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything was exactly what I was looking for. Next time I'm in Sarajevo, I will stay longer and will stay again at Pansion Stari Grad.

Hotel decor is funky and eclectic. Generous local breakfast provided (cheeses / sliced meats/roll / eggs / coffee). Take your breakfast outside onto the small patio with a view down towards the old town and the mountain beyond. For some reason every time I turned on the air conditioner, the TV also turned on... Located 2 minutes walk from the old town with all its attractions, and the ancient Orthodox Church. Bakery just around the corner. Hotel is on a public parking lot, and there seem to be a lot of loud conversations and shouting as cars were constantly maneuvered into place and maneuvered out again. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and wanted to be helpful.

A winning combination of charm, location and price. I would stay here again. The staff was very kind and spoke excellent English. Perhaps a few more choices for breakfast would be nice.

Great stay in the heart of old town
The hotel is located in the heart of old town, where you can find many attractions and good food. My room was comfortable, very clean and heating worked fine - I've stayed during winter time. Meliha and Nimiz (probably not writing his name correctly, from the night shift) were simply amazing, extremely helpful and professional.

O hotel está localizado no centro das principais atrações. A equipe de atendimento é muito prestativa, mas não conseguiram trocar a televisão do quarto, que estava defeituosa. Também faltou um frigobar no quarto e o controle do ar condicionado, se você não solicitar, ninguém entregará.

Litet familjehotell intill gamla stan
Bra mindre familjehotell alldeles intill gamla stan. Små rum och lite hårda sängar - som det nästan alltid är söderöver. Mycket vänlig personal. Enkel frukost men den dög. Tillgång till en uteterass för frukost och för all del senare också. Vi använde oss av deras erbjudande att bli upphämtade på flygplatsen, det fungerade utmärkt och priset var rimligt.
