Amazing host and beautiful hotel!

The owner is so sweet and helpful! You really almost feel like you're staying in someone's home and it was so nice. The hotel is a bit in the edge of society, but I really needed that after an intense europtrip I took, so this was perfect for me. It's 15 min walk from the bus which can take you into Fira or to the red sand beach (definitely worth a visit!) hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable

Lovely place and so helpful and friendly! The location is quiet, but you can find a few restaurants and shops nearby, as well as local pottery. The woman running the hotel is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. :)

Room with a View!

My daughter and I stayed at William’s Houses in early Sept. Zaphira at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was wonderful, with a private balcony overlooking the caldera. Being in Akrotiri was away from the action and bustle of Fira or Oia, but we enjoyed the quiet (and the view). When we needed to get to Fira, Zaphira arranged private transport for us, or you could ride the bus. Akrotiri village, with a convenience store and variety of restaurants, was only about a 10 min walk. Breakfast is included, and we enjoyed eating on the terrace of the hotel, taking in the view. Great place! I highly recommend!

My husband and I spent the week here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The staff was amazing and the view of the caldera was perfect. Host helped set up an atv reservation for the week and it helped so much. Things are walkable here, but with the hill, curves and lack of sidewalks, it makes it a bit difficult. Many restaurants and things to do in the area. All around amazing and would come back!

Clean and friendly

Very friendly host, clean property with everything you need. Nice to have a hot tub and the breakfast was one of the better inclusive ones we had while on the islnad. We only stayed one night but would recomend.

The family running Williams Houses are incredibly kind and accommodating. From booking a boat tour, arranging transportation to and from the port and even laundry service they did it all, happily ! Our room had two fabulous views, was clean and comfortable! Would absolutely recommend and return!

Being a well traveled person across the globe - I don't say it lightly when I say this is one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in...I'm normally "cynical" about images hotels use to tempt you to book - but in this instance - the photo's don't do the views any justice - the room we had (room 6) had the most amazing views (both sea & landscapes) Staff are absolutely amazing - nothing is too much trouble for Zafira and her team 10/10 from me - I've stayed in some amazing places in the World - but this is one hotel I will definitely be returning to in the future

This place is beautiful and clean. It is very efficiently run by very friendly staff. We had a fabulous outside area which we really enjoyed. The views are breathtaking from the property. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We attended the local traditional dancing event which we really enjoyed and did the recommended boat trip from Red Beach to White and Black beaches- very good. Buses are regular from the village square. It is an 11 minute uphill ( mostly) from the square but it kept us fit. The village has a great shop, some lovely tavernas and a quiet charm. Buses to the main town of Fira took around 20 minutes.

Location and Ease made this Great

I'm so glad we chose to stay here! We were celebrating a birthday on Santorini island and opted to not stay in Oia or Fira due to high July crowds. We rented a car from the port (pre-arranged) and drove ourselves to the hotel with ease. Zafira greeted us upon arrival and took the time to go over a map with recommendations on how to spend our free time. This hotel is close to beaches, the light house, an ancient city, Pyrgos, Megalochori, and more. Very easy to discover the island from this location, and still close enough for our sunset cruise to pick us up directly. Breakfast had a nice variety, mostly breads, but enough protein (yogurt/honey, eggs, ham, sausages) to satisfy. The view from the breakfast area was beautiful. Our room was very large and had a dipping pool inside. I'm glad we were on the corner and no one ver walked past us like the other rooms. This is a great option for exploring Santorini and not fighting for parking at the end of the day. There was a gas station and a wonderful bakery just a few minutes away, on the main road, so very easy.
