It had a peaceful enviroment, the room was clean, the bathroom relatively big, it had a great view through the balcony which I really enjoyed, is good place to stay.

I liked that this was in Akrotori and away from the massive crowds like Fira/Thera. All of the local grocery stores are in walkable distance. The hotel is family owned and the owners are very friendly. Awesome place for my honeymoon.

Eva, the host, was very helpful! She has such a kind and nurturing soul! We were 3 girls in our 20s traveling and she treated us as family while we were there. She gave us fresh watermelon and grapes. She helped us with getting taxis, renting quads/fourwheelers and signing up for a boat tour. There was filtered water in the dining area. The area of town is quiet and there is a beach within 10 minutes of walking. The restaurants right up the road were wonderful as well. Our favorite was “Akrothiri” and we went there several times for brunch and dinner. Overall, we loved our stay!

Rose at the front desk was very nice, but the property was seriously overpriced for the quality - very run down and not particularly clean or comfortable. Rooms look quite sad and disappointing. That said, they were kind and helpful when our flights were delayed. Perhaps the high prices and low quality are a result of the island (santorini) as we had a MUCH cheaper but MUCH nicer place to stay on Naxos

I booked this specifically to be close to the Akrotiri ruins. It’s nice and clean with AC. Hotel was hard to get hold of by Orbitz and myself with no response prior to arrival due to flight arriving after midnight and I overlooked that when booking. Checkin is only until midnight in the fine print. It was fine but still anxiety producing since I didn’t know if I had a place to stay or not and there was no cancellation. They just left instructions since no one was available when I arrived. There was no wifi info in the room so that was inconvenient. I didn’t have that wifi info until the following morning and so could not plan. I booked a transfer taxi via Ryanair since I also asked for that from the hotel prior to arrival but got no response. The phone kept ringing and I left a message. They have breakfast for 5 euros if you’re interested. Close to bus stop and about 20-25 min walk to the ruins either via road or trail route . The road is steeper and hilly so I took the trail. Overall I would stay again, other than the non responsiveness and the wifi info not in the room everything else was fine

Excellent hôtel familial à Akrotiri

Un hôtel familial accueillant et propre. Nous avion fait une erreur dans la date de réservation mais le patron a été très arrangeant. Sa maman est adorable et je recommande chaudement Faros Products, la petite halte tenue par sa soeur sur la route du phare, avec vins et produits locaux de qualité, authentiques et à prix très abordables. De très bonnes adresses !

La chambre est simple et très bien entretenue, vous n'y trouverez pas de luxe en revanche l'endroit est un havre de paix. Si nous devions retourner à Santorin, c'est à la pension Carlos que nous retournerions! Notre hôte Eva est adorable, merci pour sa gentillesse et son accueil, nous avoir emmené cueillir des tomates avec les enfants restera un excellent souvenir. Merci pour ce beau séjour!
