Amazing property with fantastic views of the caldera and Barolo restaurant below. We stayed in the Norma Suite which has views of the caldera and pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would want to stay here again next time we visit Thera.

My wife and I stayed at Aria Suites in Fira from October 7 to October 10, 2026, and it was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The suites themselves are massive, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully laid out with a large, spacious bedroom, a fully equipped big kitchen, and a comfortable living room. Every detail blends traditional Cycladic architecture with top-tier modern facilities. The view from the property is absolute perfection. Sitting on the patio every morning eating breakfast while looking straight out at the breathtaking caldera was a highlight of our trip. The swimming pool area is also wonderful for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Location-wise, you are just steps away from the heart of Fira, surrounded by charming cliffside restaurants, smart boutiques, and a vibrant nightlife, while still enjoying a peaceful sanctuary. If you are looking for a luxurious, unforgettable stay in Santorini, Aria Suites is the place to be.

The property was beautiful. The only thing was the breakfast. We were asked the first day what we wanted and we did not realize we would be eating the same thing every day. I guess that was our fault for not inquiring more. Perfect location, beautiful pool very helpful staff and wonderful trip! Stacey was very helpful in booking all our transfers and cabs and everything was seamless! I would stay here again!

This is my 4th stay here since 2021. Stayed there 2021, 2022 (was here but they were sold out)2023, 2025 and 2026. It’s great location. The views from the villa are absolutely priceless. As are the 2 hot tubs and feeling on top of Fira with no one with a higher view. I can’t ever get enough of the views and always incredibly sad when I leave . Santorini is pure beauty and probably one of the most beautiful places I’ve been to and I’ve traveled so many places . I’m glad I found Aria suites. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Staff is absolutely amazing , attentive , they bring breakfast to the room. Really special place . Don’t however want anyone else to know about this special place Because don’t want it sold out when I come for a visit ! Can’t wait to come again but maybe try to stay at least a week. Need more time . The time goes quickly!

We had the Rigoletto suite and it was spectacular! The views were simply amazing and the room was large and well-appointed. Two balconies,, comfortable bed and great views from every window. But what makes Aria Suites extra special is the staff- the customer service and hospitality was exceptional. Luca was so genuinely kind and helpful as was everyone with whom we interacted. The breakfast was so wonderful (it had so many choices, it basically became breakfast and lunch since we couldn’t eat it all in one sitting). Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Absolutely amazing!! View and location are perfect. We could have lived in this hotel, living room, kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. Bell staff carried our luggage to and from the room, much appreciated because the walk from taxi drop off to reception is a street where cars are not allowed. Reception staff took care of everything, including taxis which they can automatically charge to the room. Breakfast delivered to the room was A+.

We highly recommend Aria Suites. The location is close to everything. It is a five minute walk to the bus station (easy access to Oia, Akrotiri, port or airport €2.20-2.70 each way). The property has an amazing view, lovely pool with lounge chairs and full delicious breakfast delivered to your room (you choose the time). It is also a short stroll to all the restaurants and shops. The manager Stacey and her staff are very attentive. I would stay here again.
