The room was great. Welcoming staff. There were 2 baskets of baked goods and a small fridge full of dairy products for breakfast. The room was clean in a great location

Unique experience

We stayed here to explore Abruzzo. We were happy with the room (family of 5 shared). The owner was very personable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every day (especially the coffee!) and had dined in their restaurant one of the evenings. They are super close to a grocery store. We would recommend staying here to explore the nearby area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, tidy and updated, with a large bathroom and shower. The staff was very helpful over WhatsApp to make check-in and parking clear and easy to understand. The app used for unlocking the doors worked great. The breakfast included is simple, but perfectly adequate. We were in L’Aquila mostly to hike, so a grabbing a quick coffee and snack before heading out was perfect. Important to note that the property technically doesn’t include its own...

Staying here was like being in a story book or a romance movie! From the moment we arrived, I was speechless! The beauty of the surroundings, the garden, the terrace and the room was amazing! It's located on the edge of town, we went for a high end dinner just 20 mins away and the breakfast in the morning was abundant. I wish I had stayed longer!

We had a great stay here! Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The lady at reception was so helpful and made us feel welcome. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in the very centre of L'Aquila. Really friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Walking distance to everything. Parking available right outside. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very good, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend!!

Rooms were very comfortable and clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious also parking was available on the facility ground at no extra charge which was an bonus and I didn't have to spend half an hour trying to find a parking spot. I would definitely stay here again

Boutique style hotel, clean and modern room overlooking iconic landmark, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Wonderful.

Staff were really nice and helpful. The outside looks old and so does the entrance, however, the rooms are modern and extremely clean. There’s nothing missing! I would definitely come back! Danilo was helpful and welcoming and all the staff were friendly and work hard. Italian Breakfast was amazing !!!!
