PARADISE V, Our Comfortable Furnished apartments, is in one of the best locations in Ciudad Modelo.  
Modern completely remodeled fully enclosed apartment, with 5 buildings of 6 apartments each one.  
Private pool for our Rental Vacations 5 apartments.  
Under New Management excellent service!  
gated communities that this beautiful and spacious condominium offers  
The apartments have more than 130 m2. in size and have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen and balcony.  
Our apartments have totally new furniture as well as the electrical appliances. it has everything you need.  
3 Air conditioners, one in each bedroom and 2 TVs in the living room and in the main bedroom. We have comfortable beds;  
King size bed in the master bedroom, in the 2nd bedroom a 2-over bunk bed (full and twin ) and the third bedroom 2 twins plus living room full sofas beds also (and extra additional single bed if need it )  
Capacity for 9+ people.  
The kitchen has a 5 burner gas stove with oven, over-the-range fan, all cooking utensils, mugs, pots, pans, and more.  
Microwave Toaster, Blender and coffee maker.  
The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels and sheets as the client needs it.  
We have power inverter in the rare case of power outage.  
We also have a water heater for each bathroom, which is turned on and off through a switch.  
You can enjoy your meals at the 6-seat dining table in the living room.  
You can feel free to use all the spaces within the apartment, pleasant, comfortable, very clean and with easy and complete access within the residential and easy access to the entire city of the National District.  
Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The area has security through guards and has a remote control to open and close the main entrance electronic gate, which is delivered to customers, which leads to the residential area.  
Our apartments have views of our beautiful gardens and swimming pools.  
We have staff who work in the complex every day from 8 am.to 6 pm giving maintenance.  
We always give our guests their own space.  
Surrounding Area:  
We have 2 airports nearby. Las Américas Airport is 35 minutes away and La Isabela Airport (for local flights) 3 minutes away to the metro and 5 to the cable car, are available duty until after midnigh.

Neighborhood:  
You can find supermarkets around the residence, they deliver for free to your apartment.

We also have the Liverpool Supermarket, in front of the Residencial and a few minutes from the Bravo and Ole supermarkets, as well as the La Sirena shopping center.  
We also have a range of Kareoque and danceable restaurants such as the Restaurant a la Parrilla el Furgon nearby and many more.  
Transport routes are just around the residential area and you can take minibuses and taxis. 2 minutes away is the train station and 5 minutes to the cable car that will take you throughout the capital, crossing the entire city with a beautiful panoramic view, for less than a dollar. We also have the largest shopping center known as Mega Centro,  
agora mall,  
Within this area we also have THE EMBASSY OF THE UNITED STATES,  
and with entertainment parks such as: THE BOTANICAL GARDEN, THE ZOOLOGICAL, EL MIRADOR NORTE AND MORE For your enjoyment!!
